1. Definitions
- "Longview" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" — refers to the business operating under the name Longview at 305 Thanon Ekkamai, Watthana, Bangkok, Thailand.
- "User" / "You" / "Your" — any individual who accesses our website, contacts us, or engages one of our services.
- "Services" — the Information Helpdesk, Document Organisation Toolkit, and Retirement Information Workshops offered by Longview, as described on our website.
- "Content" — all materials, templates, checklists, written summaries, and verbal information provided during any Longview service.
- "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions in their current form, together with any written booking confirmation issued by Longview.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an enquiry form, making a payment, or attending any Longview session or workshop, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
- You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with booking or attending any Longview service.
3. Service Description
Longview provides general retirement information and document organisation support through three offerings:
- Information Helpdesk — one-to-one sessions offering plain-language explanation of publicly available retirement information and signposting to official sources.
- Document Organisation Toolkit — a set of templates, checklists, and a folder framework for personal home use, with an orientation session.
- Retirement Information Workshops — small group sessions covering how retirement systems are generally organised, with Q&A time.
Services are available in Bangkok, Thailand, and are conducted in English. Longview reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable prior notice.
4. User Responsibilities
When engaging Longview's services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when making a booking or enquiry.
- Attend booked sessions at the agreed time, or provide at least 48 hours' notice of cancellation.
- Use all Content and materials solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Treat staff and other participants with courtesy and respect during group sessions.
- Not record, reproduce, or distribute any session content without prior written consent from Longview.
- Not use Longview's materials to provide information or advice to third parties for compensation.
5. Intellectual Property
All Content produced by Longview — including templates, checklists, written summaries, and workshop materials — remains the intellectual property of Longview. By purchasing a service, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own personal reference only. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute Longview materials to third parties.
- Adapt or create derivative works based on our Content without written consent.
- Use our Content for any commercial purpose.
The Longview name, logo, and related branding are the property of Longview. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
6. Payment Terms
All fees are quoted and payable in Thai Baht (฿). Current service fees are:
- Information Helpdesk — ฿4,000 per session
- Document Organisation Toolkit — ฿12,500 per toolkit
- Retirement Information Workshops — ฿28,500 per group session
Payment is due in full prior to or at the time of the session, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Longview accepts bank transfer and cash at our Ekkamai premises. Prices are subject to change; the fee applicable to your booking will be confirmed at the time of reservation.
Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a booked session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once at Longview's discretion. Toolkit purchases are non-refundable once materials have been delivered.
7. Service Delivery
Longview will make reasonable efforts to deliver services as described and within any timeframe agreed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to public holidays, facility unavailability, or low workshop enrolment. In such cases, we will provide reasonable notice and offer an alternative date or a full refund.
Helpdesk sessions and workshop formats may be adjusted at our discretion to ensure quality and appropriateness for participants.
8. Disclaimers
Longview provides general information only. All services are delivered on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- The accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information shared.
- The suitability of any information for your personal circumstances.
- Any particular outcome or result from using our services.
No Professional Advice: Nothing communicated by Longview in any session, document, or correspondence constitutes financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. You should always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your circumstances.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Thai law, Longview's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service to which the claim relates.
Longview shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of income, financial loss, or decisions made in reliance on information provided during our sessions.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Longview, its staff, and representatives from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement, your misuse of our Content or services, or any actions you take based on information provided during a Longview session.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate a service arrangement by giving reasonable written notice. Longview reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual who breaches these terms, acts in a disruptive or disrespectful manner, or misrepresents their identity or intent.
Upon termination, your licence to use any Longview materials continues for personal reference only; all other terms survive termination where applicable.
12. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Longview at [email protected]. If the matter is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a competent court.
13. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Longview with respect to our services and supersedes any prior communications.
- Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- Waiver: Failure by Longview to enforce any right under these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement without written consent from Longview.
- Notices: Notices to Longview should be sent by email to [email protected] or by post to our Ekkamai address.
14. Changes to Terms
Longview may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify clients who have an active booking or recent engagement with us.
